This 35-acre lake provides excellent fishing for a wide range of fish species. Largemouth bass fishing is excellent in this lake. A 12- to 15-inch protected slot length limit continues to keep quality fishing for bass. Bass anglers can expect most of the catches of bass to be in the protected slot but there are a fair number of bass that will exceed 15 inches. Bass anglers should focus on harvesting bass less than 12 inches long this will allow bass in the larger size classes to continue to grow into a trophy fish. This lake has one of the best panfish fishery around. It continues to produce great numbers of bluegill, and redear with many exceeding 6 inches and some exceeding 8 inches. This lake is uniquely designed with several fishing jetties that increase the already abundant bank fishing opportunities. There is also a gravel boat ramp which will allow you to launch a boat or kayak to provide even more fishing opportunities.
