This 90-acre lake is located just west of Hamilton, Missouri. This relatively unknown largemouth bass destination provides high numbers of large bass. Forty-four percent of bass surveyed were 15” or larger and twenty percent were 18” or larger. White crappie are numerous from 6-8”, but many do reach 10-14” or larger. Hybrid striped bass are a newer addition to the lake, as they were first stocked in 2014 to help control gizzard shad populations. Last year, they began reaching harvestable sizes and put up quite a fight on the end of a fishing line. Remember, Four (4) hybrid striped bass can be kept if they measure over 20" and any smaller fish must be returned immediately and unharmed to the lake.
