From Jamesport, take Highway 190 northwest 0.50 mile, then Route RA west 2 miles to the area entrance.
This 30-acre lake is located just northwest of the City of Jamesport in Daviess County, Missouri. This lake is shallow, very productive and provides a variety of fishing opportunities for anglers whether you are targeting largemouth bass, or any of the variety of panfish present. Largemouth bass are numerous in the lake and while many are 12-15 inches, around thirty-six percent of the population are 15-22" fish. Bluegill are numerous with 6-8 inch fish common. The redear sunfish population is excellent with almost twenty-five percent of the population attaining sizes of 9 inches or larger, and fourty-nine percent of black crappie present are larger than 8 inches. Jamesport Community Lake is an electric motor only lake.
